Scheduling a Viewing

To book a viewing simply visit our 'Contact Us' page and let us know you’re interested. We’ll get back to you via email within 2 working days to confirm the details. Please note that viewings are only available on weekdays.

Once you’ve expressed your interest we’ll suggest a date and time for the viewing via email. Viewings are typically done in groups so if you’re planning to rent with friends be sure to bring them along!

We’ll meet you directly at the property you’re interested in. The exact location and details will be provided in the confirmation email.

You don’t need to bring anything specific but having your phone to take pictures can be handy. If you have any questions feel free to jot them down on your phone beforehand too.

Yes you can! If you need to cancel or reschedule please email us at least 2 working days in advance and we’ll arrange another time that works for you.

A typical viewing lasts about 30 minutes giving you enough time to see the property and ask any questions you might have.

If you’re running late please contact the property manager directly. Their contact details will be in the confirmation email. We usually allow a 10-minute grace period but during busy letting seasons it’s much appreciated if you can be punctual!
