During the Tenancy

The responsibility for utility bills (such as electricity, gas, water, and internet) depends on the terms of your tenancy agreement.

You will be provided with an official channel to report maintenance issues at the start of your tenancy.

Rent payments should be made punctually according to the rent payment schedule. Failure to do so may result in fees as outlined in your tenancy agreement.

If you wish to move out before the tenancy ends you will need to find a replacement tenant or continue paying rent until the tenancy concludes. Contact us directly to arrange a deed of assignment if necessary.

If rent has been paid in full and the property is left in a good and clean condition similar to what was handed to you and no damages are reported by our property managers, your deposit will be returned accordingly. Any deductions will be clearly explained.

Unless otherwise stated, we do not provide cleaning services during the tenancy. It is the responsibility of you and your housemates to maintain the property in a clean and hygienic state. The property will be cleaned before you move in and you are expected to uphold this standard and hand back the property to the same condition you received it at the start of your tenancy. If additional cleaning is required at the end of the tenancy due to the property being left in a dirty state, the associated fees will be equally charged among you and your housemates.
